Overview
Our client is a growing financial services firm that believes exceptional client service starts with genuine human connection. They're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to become the face of their Atlanta office. This is much more than a receptionist role. You'll create outstanding first impressions, support daily office operations, and help ensure every client interaction reflects the company's high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, guests, and business partners with a warm, professional, and high-touch experience.
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and office correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
- Support executives and internal teams with administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain reception, conference rooms, and common areas in a clean, organized, and client-ready condition.
- Coordinate office supplies, mail, deliveries, and vendor communications.
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment for both clients and employees.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in front desk, reception, office coordination, hospitality, or client-facing administrative roles.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and confident in-person presence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and general office technology.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
