The Educational Administration Intern will serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing the front desk. The role supports operations of the Atlanta Learning and Innovation Center (LINC) and aids the Education Specialist with office procedures.
Location:
Dunwoody, GA. The position requires full‑time office work five days a week.
- Answer calls, greet visitors, and manage the front desk.
- Accept shipments and sign for packages; handle receiving inquiries from staff regarding shipments and pickups.
- Manage requests for building access keys for visitors and customers.
- Serve as the point of contact for service providers and vendors servicing the LINC.
- Submit service issues to building management and third‑party maintenance suppliers.
- Obtain quotes, create purchase orders, and submit invoices for LINC equipment, supplies, and services.
- Maintain general LINC center stocking, organization, and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Support training scheduling and preparation for classes.
- Use the learning management system to facilitate customer enrollment.
- Serve as the point of contact for training equipment servicing needs.
- Facilitate travel and expense reimbursement for customers and instructors.
- Sign for packages.
- Provide badges to visitors.
- Enroll customers in training courses through the LMS system.
- Submit purchase orders and invoices for payment.
- Patience and the ability to operate under stressful circumstances.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

US base salary: $20 per hour.
