Position: Operations Coordinator
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
An environmental services provider based in Miami is looking for an Operations Coordinator to be the right hand of the Region Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining diverse experience in a unique service industry.
Responsibilities:- Act as first point of contact to greet visitors/clients/subcontractors and direct accordingly.
- Manage the local project office to include duties such as route and screen incoming calls, maintain office supplies, and manage incoming and outgoing mail to include UPS, Fed-ex, etc.
- Track and enter hourly employee time and generate weekly time sheets.
- Assist with compliance for Payroll.
- Track contract and invoice progress and follow up with contractors and companies as needed.
- Obtaining permits as needed.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientations
- Must understand contract details
- High level of understanding and ability for forecasting
- Maintain a well-organized system for easy reference and rapid retrieval of information pertaining to the tracking and registering of trucks.
- Maintain databases of Client requests, daily work logs and other details for operational tracking
- Assemble reports and manuals as needed.
- Liaison between field employees and Regions Manager.
- Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Must be comfortable communicating with all levels of Management
- Other duties as required.
- 3+ years' experience in an administrative role. Construction or Water Removal industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail is expected.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
- Ability to be organized, prioritize, multi-task and take initiative.
- Work safely always and promote safety to others around you.
- Must comply with drug and alcohol abuse policy.
