Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant IV for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading Atlanta-based employer. This role provides high-level support to three (3) Managing Directors within our client’s Integrated Marketing and Channels organization. This is an on-site job in Atlanta with an hourly rate up to $36.25/hr based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to three Managing Directors.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, conference rooms, virtual meetings, catering, and meeting materials.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Coordinate IT requests and other operational needs for executives.
- Help plan team meetings, offsites, and employee engagement events.
- Assist with visitor management, contractor access, and other office support activities.
- Maintain confidentiality while supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leaders (10+ years of related professional experience preferred).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, and Word;
Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience improving administrative processes and workflows is a plus.
- Knowledge of expense reporting, purchasing, payroll, or other corporate business processes is preferred.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
