Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator - CDC

Position Status: Contingent upon contract award.

Position Summary

Provide organized day-to-day project support for meetings, schedules, action items, deliverable workflows, shared records, onboarding, and communications across a high-volume CDC contract. This role will provide structured coordination across a high-volume, multi-workstream CDC contract. The position may support monthly COR meetings, technical work groups, recipient calls, document review cycles, training logistics, deliverable submissions, action-item follow-up, onboarding records, shared work spaces, and project files while ensuring that task leads and project management have timely and accurate status information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and prepare invitations, agendas, materials, notes, and action-item logs.
  • Maintain schedules, trackers, shared work spaces, document repositories, and distribution lists.
  • Coordinate deliverable reviews, approvals, version control, formatting, and submissions.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up with responsible staff on open actions.
  • Support onboarding, training records, monthly reporting, and administrative workflows.
  • Provide accurate status information to project leadership and task managers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience:

    At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative program support, or professional-services delivery. Experience supporting multiple simultaneous work streams, document-control processes, meeting logistics, action tracking, status reporting, Microsoft 365 collaboration environments, and Government clients is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, timely, and high-quality work in a multidisciplinary, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, organization, judgment, and client-service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting CDC, HHS, another federal health agency, a public health recipient network, or a comparable mission-focused organization.
