Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Specialist for one of our federal clients in Atlanta, GA. This individual will support travel coordination, executive administration, and day-to-day office operations within a government contracting environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting at least one federal government contract, strong customer-facing communication skills, and experience using Concur or a similar travel management system. This role is fully onsite and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust Level 2 Clearance.
Compensation:$19/hr to $22/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

- -High School Diploma or GED
- -Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience
- -Must have supported at least one federal government contract
- -Experience working in a government, military, federal contractor, or government-adjacent environment
- -Experience using Concur for travel coordination strongly preferred
- -Candidates without Concur must have experience using a comparable travel and expense management system
- -Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- -Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
- -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- -Must have resided in the United States for the last 3 years
- -Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

-Experience supporting CDC, HHS, VA, DoD, or other federal agencies - -Executive-level administrative support experience
- -Experience preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials for leadership teams
- -Prior experience working in a fast-paced federal contracting environment
