** About the Role
** We are a personal injury law firm in Georgia seeking a professional, personable, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This is a client-facing, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
* Schedule appointments and manage the front-desk calendar
* Assist with intake by collecting preliminary client information
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
* Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
* Communicate clearly and effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking clients
** Requirements
* ** 2–3 years of receptionist, front-desk, or customer service experience (legal experience a plus)
* Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
* Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal communication
* Well-organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Proficiency with standard office software (email, scheduling, basic word processing)
* Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to being on-site Monday through Friday
