Job SummaryProvide office support services within a campus unit to include organizing and preparing correspondence, reports and other documentation; scheduling meetings and events; file maintenance, and related administrative activities; and assisting customers with their service needs. Specific duties will be determined based on assignment and unit needs. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: unit management and staff, vendors and office visitors.

- Compose routine correspondence; prepare and route correspondence, reports and other documentation.
- Respond to customer questions or concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Compile and organize data for use in reports.
- Schedule and make arrangements for meetings and other events.
- Make travel arrangements for unit staff management and staff as directed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Maintain filing system.
- Receive and refer phone calls; greet and direct office visitors.
- Gather pertinent information regarding customer service needs.
- Provide front desk coverage and serve as the first point of contact for visitors
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phones
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Stock beverages and supplies
- Assist with office supply inventory
- Perform on-campus deliveries and errands
- Support various projects involving general research and document preparation
- Assist with event planning, logistics, setup, and breakdown
- Other duties as assigned
High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma

Ability to work outside of typical business hours as needed, potentially including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays
