We are a personal injury law firm in Georgia seeking a professional, personable, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This is a client-facing, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

• Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Schedule appointments and manage the front-desk calendar
• Assist with intake by collecting preliminary client information
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking clients

• 2–3 years of receptionist, front-desk, or customer service experience (legal experience a plus)
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal communication
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Proficiency with standard office software (email, scheduling, basic word processing)
• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to being on-site Monday through Friday

• Prior experience in a law firm or personal injury practice
• Familiarity with legal intake processes or case management softwar
