Non-Profit Operations Associate

Vaco Atlanta is working with non‑profit company located in downtown Atlanta, GA in their search for a sharp Shared Services Operations Coordinator
. This will be a CONTRACT position expected to last 4 - 6 months. In‑office work is required, so only candidates who live in the Atlanta, GA area will be considered.

• Respond to incoming calls & e-mails regarding donor and vendor inquiries
• Upload grant details into
• Manage grant reporting reminders and follow-up communications
• Assist with summary reports, dashboards, and meeting materials
• Maintain accurate data across systems and tracking tools
• Suggest process‑related improvements
• Assist with presentations and communications materials
• Maintain grant files, compliance documentation and supporting materials

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Business Administration is preferred.
• Must have 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience
• Must have proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Must have strong organization and prioritization skills
• Must be very detail‑oriented with excellent customer service skills
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
