Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | In Office
Position OverviewOur client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to join their Atlanta office. This role will provide high-level support to 4–5 senior executives while serving as the front-of-house representative for the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support- Provide high-level administrative support to 4–5 Principals and Vice Presidents.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business correspondence.
- Coordinate board meetings, investor meetings, conferences, and firm events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Greet visitors, candidates, and clients while serving as the first point of contact for the office.
- Coordinate conference room schedules, visitor logistics, and office space bookings.
- Order office and kitchen supplies and liaise with building management and vendors.
- Support onboarding logistics and ensure the office operates efficiently day-to-day.
- Assist with special projects and firm initiatives.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1–3 years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or related experience.
- Previous experience within private equity, financial services, investment banking, or another professional services environment is a plus.
- Strong calendar management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Professional, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
