The Administrative Specialist II plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative services to students, faculty, staff, and external partners.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support student administrative activities for both undergraduate and graduate programs, serving as a resource for students, faculty, and staff.
- Assist the Business Manager with departmental administrative operations and daily business functions.
- Coordinate departmental events, trainings, meetings, and special programs.
- Support hiring, onboarding, payroll, and personnel-related processes for student employees and part-time instructors.
- Process departmental purchasing and financial transactions, including Panther Mart purchases, Foundation transactions, SPCW requests, service provider agreements, honoraria, travel reimbursements, and related activities.
- Assist the Internship Coordinator with internship administration and student engagement activities.
- Coordinate training programs and outreach activities for external organizations and community partners.
- Support the Awards and Scholarship Committee with scholarship administration and student award processes.
- Assist the Master of International Criminal Justice (MISCJA) Program Coordinator with student-related administrative matters.
- Support faculty liaisons with student organization activities and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and two years administrative experience; or high school diploma or GED and six years administrative experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
