Sr. Ops Specialist

Our primary focus is to serve dealer clients with a white-glove approach and guide them through the decision-making process as they build, renovate, or expand automotive fixed-operations facilities.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced consultative sales leader to join our dynamic team.

The Sr Fixed Ops Specialist will be responsible for developing relationships with automotive dealership operators, development teams, and decision makers to understand their unique needs and provide custom-tailored solutions in facility design and equipment selection. This role includes outstanding relationship development, travel to client locations, collaborative project planning, and on-the-job training to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the most modern automotive facility design, as well as the components that support automotive fixed operations.

* ACE) Experience in automotive, architecture, general contracting (construction), and/or engineering are suggested. Consultative sales and business development / client management are required.
