About the Position
As a BâLevel Technician
, you will perform midâ to advancedâlevel diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance â with frequent opportunities to work on European and highâend luxury vehicles known for their advanced engineering and complex electrical systems.
This is an excellent role for a technician seeking stability, career growth, and the opportunity to deepen their expertise with premium vehicle brands.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
, including those common in European and luxury vehicles - Repair and replace components such as:
- Engines
- Transmissions
- Brakes
- Steering & suspension systems
- Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex issues
- Recommend accurate repair solutions and communicate technical findings
- Collaborate with other technicians and service staff for efficient workflow
- Document all repairs, procedures, and parts accurately
- Stay current with new tools, techniques, and luxury/European repair trends
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Provide friendly, professional customer interactions when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school training or certifications (preferred, not required)
- Proven experience as a BâLevel Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair processes
- Ability to use diagnostic scanners, tools, and shop equipment
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Excellent problemâsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and work on vehicles as required
- Valid driverâs license with clean driving record
- European or luxury vehicle experience is a major plus
