Precision Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Mobile Automotive Technician with strong mechanical, advanced diagnostic, and ADAS experience to join our team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role designed for a highly skilled technician who is comfortable diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle concerns across all makes and models.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical foundation, advanced electrical and diagnostic knowledge, and proven experience performing ADAS diagnostics and calibrations. This position combines mechanical repair, advanced diagnostics, and ADAS work in a fast-paced mobile environment.

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.

Perform mechanical repairs including suspension repairs, alignments, dash replacement, wiring harness replacement, subframe work, and other major vehicle repairs.

Perform ADAS diagnostics, calibrations, and related repairs across all makes and models.

Utilize OEM diagnostic equipment and aftermarket diagnostic tools to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns.

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.

Manage daily mobile service operations and maintain an organized schedule.

Communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

Stay current on evolving automotive technology, diagnostic procedures, and ADAS systems.

Experience & Qualifications5+ years of professional automotive experience.

OE Certified Technician OR ASE Master Certified.

Proven experience working with all makes and models.

Demonstrated professional experience with ADAS diagnostics and calibrations.

Strong advanced automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Extensive mechanical repair experience.

Ability to accurately diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns.

Strong electrical and technological knowledge.

Must own a complete set of professional automotive tools necessary to perform the job.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
