The Cloud Sourcing and Supply Chain (CSSC) organization within CSCP manages sourcing and supply of IT hardware for our data centers globally. Well‑defined and executed supply chain strategies ensure reliable performance, optimized cost, prevent unplanned investments and provide accurate and timely information across the supply base. We have an exciting opportunity for a driven early‑in‑career candidate to join the Compute Sourcing team as a Supply Chain Analyst. This position will help deliver operational excellence and will be instrumental in implementing rhythm of business, key metrics reporting, deliverable tracking and providing analytics for executive and supplier engagements. Successful candidates will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for managing ongoing daily operations for critical silicon components that go into server racks for our global datacenter network.
Responsibilities- Assurance of supply from commodity suppliers
- Commodity Supply and Demand tracking with report analytics
- Create and maintain data sets for tracking spending, volumes, consumption, supplier splits, forecasts, and inventory
- Rebate process management including claim and settlement alignment and tracking
- Drive sustainability efforts with commodity suppliers
Maintain component life cycles, communication, execution and tracking - Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in supply chain, operations, planning, data analysis
- 2+ years of experience creating Power BI and advanced level Excel skills
- MS in business, supply chain, operations management, finance, economics, or engineering preferred
- Strong analytical skills to review data and provide business insights and recommendations from data sets
- Ability to partner with internal and external partners to build credibility and trust while driving alignment
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to be proactive and execute multiple nonrelated work streams in parallel
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Good communication, interpersonal & technical skills
