Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiasticBusiness Development Associateto help grow our presence in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, onboarding clients, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business relationships
- Communicate product value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Coordinate with marketing and R&D teams to align client needs
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry networking events
- Track sales metrics, pipeline, and client feedback for improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of pharma/nutra trends and markets is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools preferred
