This role is ideal for a business analyst who thrives in agile environments, enjoys working across business and technology, and can flex between strategy, delivery, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a hybrid Senior Business Analyst and Agile delivery partner within a Kanban-based environment.
  • Own and manage the team backlog: intake, refinement, prioritization, and readiness of work items.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies as needed (stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
  • Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Keep developers focused and unblocked by clarifying scope, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities; step into delivery or coordination roles when needed.
  • Analyze business processes, systems, and data to recommend practical improvements.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment, adoption, and change.
  • Partner with the ePMO and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on application and system initiatives with actionable, business-focused guidance.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in relevant technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, or related roles.
  • Strong experience working with agile teams (Kanban preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel preferred), project management tools, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience documenting processes and working within formal project methodologies.
Salary

$100,000 – $125,000 per year
Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and business needs.

Application window closes on March 23, 2026 (may be extended).
