About the Role
Reporting to both the Director of Business Development
, this role provides essential support across all BD initiatives, including:
- Updating and maintaining CRM data and BD databases
- Supporting proposal and pitch development, including RFP responses
- Coordinating events and assisting with logistics
- Maintaining attorney bios, practice descriptions, and key credential materials
- Conducting client, market, and industry research
- Preparing briefing materials and generating reports for leadership
- Supporting cross‑functional BD projects and administrative needs
- Experience in legal marketing strongly preferred
- Professional services experience is required if not from legal
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle deadlines, shifting priorities, and collaborative team support
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing databases is a plus
