The Pricing Analyst position is responsible for major brands & strategic accounts pricing in Tire Hub’s portfolio. This position executes the pricing strategy for assigned business segments of these major brands & strategic accounts. This role reports to the Pricing Leader.

• Ensures 100% adherence to Tire Hub’s pricing policies, practices and procedures across pricing decisions.
• Supports the Manager, Pricing in executing Tire Hub’s pricing strategy.
• Executes process of eliciting market and competitive pricing insight.
• Proactively identifies and communicates opportunities for mix, margin, and sellout improvements.
• Executes key channel and account price structure and strategy.
• Assists in strategic pricing and purchasing opportunities.
• Partners with Brand Managers on monthly pricing reviews to optimize Tire Hub’s position in the market across supplier relationships.
• Collaborates with manufacturer/supplier partners to reach mutual goals and identify purchase and price opportunities for Tire Hub.
• Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.
• Complies with all Tire Hub policies and procedures.
• Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in analytics, finance, accounting, operations or pricing.
• Experience working with teams in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Development and measurement of price, margin, mix, volume metrics, and ROI models.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
• Data analytics tools knowledge (Power
  
  BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• A valid Driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience required (3 years preferred).

• Experience in tire or automotive parts distribution industry.
• Proficiency in ERP knowledge (Prophet 21 preferred).

• This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.
• Most of the time is spent sitting, working with monitors; there may be occasions to move or lift light articles.
• This role is based in our headquarters office in Dunwoody, GA and requires a strong in-person presence.
• Must be able to travel up to 10%.
