Associate Consultant – Channel Development

The Associate Consultant – Channel Development plays a key role in leading cross-functional initiatives that align business processes, technology, and organizational goals during periods of transformation. These may include mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, operating model changes, and strategic business programs.

This role ensures seamless coordination across people, processes, data, and technology to enable smooth business operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong program management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of how enterprise functions connect across departments.

• Execute integration plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and critical integration touchpoints across teams and systems.
• Partner with leadership to define success metrics, timelines, and operating models.

• Act as the central liaison across Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Sales, and Product teams.
• Facilitate decision-making and remove cross-functional blockers.
• Lead workshops, working sessions, and communication forums to ensure alignment.

• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure ERP, CRM, and data platforms support integrated business processes.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and harmonization during integration initiatives.

• Implement change management plans to drive stakeholder adoption and minimize disruption.
• Develop clear communication strategies outlining objectives, progress, and business impact.
• Support training initiatives to enable adoption of new processes and systems.

• Develop project roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track progress and outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure integration goals are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement and post-integration optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in business integration, transformation, program management, or operations.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-department initiatives.

• Experience with M&A integration, ERP/CRM implementations, or enterprise transformation programs.
• PMP, Prosci, Agile, or similar certification.
• Operational knowledge of wealth management business models.
