A well-established leader in the aerospace and defense technology sector is looking for a strategic Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team.
If you thrive at the intersection of complex negotiations, U.S. Government compliance (FAR/DFARS), and international trade, we want to hear from you!
Why this role?You won't just be "pushing paper." You’ll be the primary point of contact for the contract lifecycle, managing everything from proposal development to international export licensing (ITAR/EAR).
What you’ll do:- Draft and negotiate high-stakes U.S. Gov and International contracts.
- Lead subcontracting strategies and Small Business Subcontracting Plans.
- Manage import/export compliance (DSP-5s, TAAs, and product classification).
- Collaborate directly with Legal, Finance, and Program Management to mitigate risk.
- 5–8 years in Contract/Subcontract management.
- Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS
, ITAR
, and EAR
. - Commercial contracting vehicles including BPAs, FFP, T&M, and MPAs
- Experience with international markets (EU, UK, Asia, Australia).
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or CPCM/CFCM certifications are a huge plus!).
