AboutThe Role
As Director of Strategic Channel Partnerships, you’ll play a key leadership role in expanding the company’s reach through strategic alliances, technology partnerships, and channel programs. You’ll develop a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) and partnership strategy that drives new business opportunities and enhances customer value. This is both a strategic and hands‑on role — ideal for a proactive, relationship‑driven leader who thrives in fast‑paced SaaS environments and enjoys building from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel and alliance strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue through partner organizations.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage key partnership opportunities across technology and go-to-market ecosystems.
- Design partner incentive programs to encourage growth and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align partner strategies with company objectives and revenue goals.
- Lead enablement initiatives to train and equip partners with tools, resources, and product knowledge needed for success.
- Support Account Executives and internal teams through joint account planning, field enablement, and co‑selling initiatives.
- Manage and grow key partner relationships, establishing and maintaining strong executive‑level connections.
- Drive pipeline development and forecasting, co‑owning partner‑influenced and partner‑sourced revenue goals.
- Track and report on partner performance, ROI, and key metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with the Product and R&D teams to support technology alliances and drive joint solution development.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS channel sales, strategic alliances, or business development, ideally within ITSM, IT, or enterprise software.
- 8–10 years of experience in a partner leadership role, with a history of driving measurable revenue impact.
- Strong balance of strategic vision and hands‑on execution — able to design programs while directly engaging with partners.
- Deep understanding of go‑to‑market strategies, joint value creation, and ecosystem development.
- Exceptional relationship‑building, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities, with experience measuring and optimizing partner performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Background in ITSM or IT‑related software is highly desirable.
