This role will focus on identifying opportunities to scale operations, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives that enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that scale business operations and optimize efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in driving strategic initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Support cross‑functional teams to execute strategic projects, ensuring milestones and goals are met.
- Create detailed reports, business cases, and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations that could impact the company’s growth strategy.
- Develop data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or internships related to these areas.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and basic knowledge of business intelligence platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Internship or project experience in business or strategy development.
- Interest in innovation or technology‑driven industries.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Successful background check, including pre‑employment drug screening
