• Develop and maintain client dashboards to track performance and insights.
• Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve campaign tracking and reporting issues.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year‑end client presentations with data‑driven insights.
• Conduct supplemental reporting and analysis to optimize campaign and product performance.
• Follow best practices in data modeling and visualization to ensure clear, actionable reporting.
• Transform, validate, and analyze data to drive strategic recommendations.
• Become an expert in our technology offerings, with opportunities to contribute to new business initiatives.
• Participate in client‑facing meetings and occasional travel as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of Analyst experience
• BA/BS Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Looker Studio and Power BI
• Understanding of SQL
• Experience working with a team
• Obtain a solid understanding of our product offerings and how they benefit our clients’ recruitment strategies
