Role:
Principal – Customer Success (Analytics Consulting into CPG / Retail)
Location:
Atlanta, GA (4 days onsite at client location)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior Customer Success leader to drive account growth and analytics transformation for enterprise clients. This role owns end-to-end client success — including strategy, P&L, relationship management, and expansion of existing accounts.
You will act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, translating business challenges into analytics solutions and building long-term partnerships while leading global delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities- Drive account mining across existing portfolios to generate YoY revenue growth through renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
- Own full accountability for assigned client accounts (growth strategy, P&L, escalations, and resource planning)
- Build executive relationships and become a trusted strategic partner to client stakeholders
- Identify and create new engagement opportunities within client organizations
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into analytics initiatives
- Develop insights, recommendations, and present them to leadership teams
- Institutionalize data-driven decision making and operationalize recommendations
- Design analytics capability roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Lead and mentor Associate Principals, Engagement Managers, and Consultants
- Work with global delivery teams (including India teams) to execute engagements effectively
- Coach teams to strengthen client relationships and drive value creation
- Manage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in a fast-paced environment
- 12+ years of experience managing client engagements, consulting projects, or analytics programs
- Mandatory experience in CPG or Retail industry
- Experience working with consulting firms or large Fortune 500 organizations
- Strong track record of account growth and client relationship management
- Ability to translate business problems into analytics solutions and actionable insights
- Experience leading global teams and managing ambiguity
- Master’s degree from a top-tier university OR
- Bachelor’s degree + 12+ years relevant experience
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
