Role Overview
The Corporate Outreach & Strategic Relationships Lead is responsible for identifying, initiating, and nurturing high-value corporate, institutional, and community-aligned relationships that support Bellisima Fiore’s brand visibility, partnership pipeline, and long-term growth objectives. This role focuses on outbound relationship development rather than creative execution or daily operations. The position is intentionally relationship-driven and external-facing, supporting the Founder’s vision by opening doors, creating warm introductions, and maintaining professional engagement with aligned organizations.
CoreResponsibilities Corporate & Institutional Outreach
- Identify prospective corporate, venues, planners, hospitality, pageant, and community partners aligned with Bellisima Fiore’s brand values
- Initiate outreach through professional correspondence, introductions, and follow-ups
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing partners and referral sources
- Represent Bellisima Fiore in a professional, brand-aligned manner during outreach efforts
- Track outreach activity, responses, and relationship status
- Coordinate follow-ups and introductions in collaboration with the Executive Assistant
- Support long-term relationship nurturing rather than transactional sales
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and consistency in all communications
- Communicate outreach progress and opportunities to the Founder & Creative Director through established channels
- Coordinate scheduling and next steps via the Executive Assistant & Operations Manager
- Align outreach messaging with approved brand language and positioning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and discretion
- Comfortable building long-term relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in community engagement, outreach, or relationship-based roles preferred
- Part-time, flexible schedule
- Compensation structure to be defined (stipend, hourly, or performance-based)
