Capacity Sourcing Specialist; Mandarin

As a Capacity Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end carrier relationships and optimizing transportation costs for our U.S. trucking operations. You will handle contract life cycles, monitor service performance, and leverage market intelligence to drive sourcing strategies and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of experience in trucking or supply chain, strong analytical skills, and bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.

• Execute and renew carrier contracts, ensuring compliance and seamless day-to-day management.
• Maintain accurate carrier records in TMS, track insurance and qualification documents, and update rate sheets with Finance.
• Collaborate with Legal to upload and track contracts within the legal system.
• Partner with operations teams (transit time, dispatch, warehouse) to oversee carrier service and resolve exceptions.
• Monitor carrier KPIs, capacity utilization, and performance gaps; lead root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Analyze U.S. trucking market trends and rate fluctuations to provide cost‑saving recommendations and sourcing strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in trucking, carrier sourcing, or capacity management; entry‑level candidates with strong analytical/logistics internship experience will be considered.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. trucking market dynamics, rate structures, and carrier operating models.
• Proven negotiation skills, cost sensitivity, and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and standard office tools.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
