Role OverviewJoin the Licensing team to help structure, coordinate, and execute licensing deals for our Gen3 technology. This role is heavily focused on project/program management, planning, and cross-functional orchestration across technical, commercial, legal, and operations stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and track end-to-end licensing projects for physical assets/production facilities.
- Build andmaintainproject plans, timelines, and action trackers for multiple licensing opportunities.
- Building and drivingreadinessplanbyengaginginternal experts (engineering,legal,finance, operations) andensurealigned delivery.
- Develop and refine standard tools, workflows, and templates for licensing.
- Prepare supporting materials for internal reviews and external partners (presentations, summaries, status updates).
- Build working knowledge of Gen3 technology, petrochemical value chain, and market dynamics.
- Strong project/program management and planning in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate our Gen3 technology and value proposition.
- Proven ability in navigating internal organizations and knowing how to leverage the right people and resources.
- Experience with technology licensing or capital/plant project environments is strongly preferred.
- Solid corporate communication skills, including slide preparation and meetingprep.
- Basic understanding (or strong aptitude to learn) petrochemical value chain, circular plastics, and market drivers.
- Basic financial and budgeting skills (Excel, following established models) are a plus, not a primary focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant experience in project management, technology licensing, business development, or capital projects in industrial/energy/chemical sectors.
- Waste plastic recycling experience is a plus.
