About the position:
Velosio is looking for a Senior Consultant to be an integral member of the Microsoft Dynamics CE Team.
As a Senior Consultant at Velosio, you will focus on providing the ideal client experience as a trusted advisor.
Your day might look like:- Work closely with Velosio PMO on project schedules, client communication, and team expectations
- Work closely with the client to flush out business requirements, design of business process and the CRM solution
- Perform documentation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities
- Advise, guide, and provide insights to the client throughout the entire project engagement
- Closely manage project risks, budget, and timeline
- As needed, provide support to Velosio’s existing clients
- Build long term client relationships that result in expanding Velosio services and solutions
- Provide sales support in leading client discussions and the creation of demos, estimates, proposals, and SOWs
- Be aligned to Velosio’s core values, tools, and processes
- Continuously educate yourself and team on the latest technologies and Microsoft releases
- Foster a team environment
- Lead activities like lunch-n-learns, social postings/videos, and talk tracks at conferences
- Be an advocate for the team
- Has specific hands‑on experience with D365 Field Service
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM subject matter expert
- Experience with best practices, implementation methodology, and Dev Ops
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
- Excellent presentation and written/oral communication
- Experience communicating with Directors and C‑level management
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self‑motivation, and a desire to succeed
- Possess business consulting and estimating skills for engagements
- Has specific hands‑on experience with D365 Field Service
- Able to travel as needed, up to 30%
