Strategic Operations Manager - Korean​/English Bilingual

Enchem is a global leader in electrolytes and high-functionality additives for rechargeable batteries. Founded in 2012 in South Korea, we were first to commercialize electrolytes for second-generation electric vehicles. With facilities across South Korea, China, Poland, Hungary, and the United States, we're defining the future of lithium batteries and electric mobility.

We need a sharp, bilingual strategist to accelerate our US expansion. You ll bridge Korean headquarters and American operations—turning executive vision into operational results. • Lead strategic initiatives across organizational design, process optimization, and operational excellence—connecting executive leadership with frontline execution
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies through workflow redesign, resource optimization, and best-practice implementation
• Drive growth strategies for underperforming functions while supporting revenue expansion and market development
• Own cross-functional coordination on strategic projects, delivering executive reports and presentations in Korean and English
• Monitor and optimize KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for C-suite decision-making
• Facilitate adoption of new systems and workflows during periods of rapid organizational growth

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 7–10 years of corporate experience with proven track record in strategy execution, operational excellence, or business transformation
• Native-level bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
• Proven stakeholder management across matrixed, multinational organizations
• Ability to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or battery/chemical industries
• Track record of successful strategic change initiatives
