As an Operations Analyst
, you will help ensure our billing and collections process runs smoothly for our commercial card program.
We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and action-driven individual with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Servicing & Collections- On a daily basis, ensure that our clients have received their most recent statement
- Maintain records of uncollected invoices and follow up accordingly
- Support the payment reconciliation process for accounting purposes
- Handle any errors or disputes
- Collaborate with the Account Management and Risk teams on requests from clients regarding the invoice
- Follow existing SOPs and elevate payment issues per company policies
- Assist with querying data to support our operational workflows
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in customer-facing documents
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all data entry and documentation tasks
- Prepare weekly reports on the status of our receivables (to be shared both internally and externally)
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate suggestions clearly
- Understand business risk and elevate issues to cross-functional stakeholders
- Adapt to changing priorities and support various operational projects as needed
- 2-3 years of experience as an Operations Analyst
- Prior experience working in a commercial bank or commercial credit card company
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Google suite tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
