Senior Recruitment Consultant - Con Tech USBusiness Development Representative
Our client, a fast-growing Series A construction technology startup, is transforming how the built environment is delivered. Backed by top-tier investors, they are expanding their go-to-market team and hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive new business.
Based in their Atlanta office, the BDR will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, sparking conversations, and setting qualified meetings for the sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in B2B tech sales while being part of a mission-driven team.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect via cold calls, emails, and Linked In
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Research target companies and key decision-makers
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound interest
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
What They’re Looking For:
- 1–2+ years in sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Hub Spot and Linked In Sales Navigator is a plus
- Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Interest in construction, tech, or real estate industries is a bonus
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA and able to work on-site 4 days per week
