The RoleAs a Senior Partnership Manager atYouLend, you willbe responsible for managing relationships with
YouLend’skey strategic partners in the payments, e-commerce, fooddeliveryand technology space.
You willbe responsible for delivering ongrowthtargets, andwill interact daily with senior external stakeholders in a broad range of departments. In thisroleyou willbe responsible for creating and delivering the strategy forYouLend’skey partners, with the focus always on delivering value for our partners.
Operating in a fast paced high-growth environment, the ideal applicant will have a proven track recordof successfully managing commercial partnerships and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all departments including Product,Salesand Risk.
Responsibilities:- Full commercial ownership of key US strategic partnerships
- Revenue growth and performance against ambitious US expansion targets
- Quarterly and annual joint business planning
- Executive stakeholder management and governance
- Identification and launch of new product initiatives within partner ecosystem
- Performance analysis, forecasting, and data-driven growth strategy
- Cross functional execution across Product, Risk, Sales and Operations
- Negotiation of commercial expansions, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Autonomous individual with 5+ years’ experience in a partner facing sales role, for example as a Key Account Manager, Senior Partnership Manager, or Relationship Manager.
- Strong aptitude for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
- Experience owning revenue targets and driving measurable commercial growth
- Track record managing complex, high-value B2B partnerships
- Proven ability to assess partnerships with a strategic lens and identify key areas for partnership growth/improvement.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize different projects or tasks at once.
- Comfortable using data to drive strategy and influence outcomes
- Ability to operative operate autonomously in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- Experience in embedded finance, merchant cash advance, working capital, or lending
- Experience working with US payment processors, ISV’s or marketplaces
- Experience scaling partnerships from early-stage to high-growth
