Job Title

Specialist for Corporate Audit with a focus on Business Administration (Finance & Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, HR)

Tasks

We, Corporate Audit Americas, are looking for an Auditor for our team in Atlanta. Your role will involve conducting audits in an international environment, independently managing tasks, and developing yourself professionally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation and independent execution of Americas‑focused, cross‑divisional audit projects with a focus on Business Administration topics.
  • In‑depth analysis of the business objects to be audited regarding effectiveness, efficiency, process reliability, and compliance.
  • Efficient execution of audits according to current internal and external standards, especially concerning approach, methodology, and documentation.
  • Coordination of audit results with responsible top management.
  • Preparation of the final presentation and conducting the closing meeting.
  • Preparation of audit reports, assessment of existing risks, and recommendations for mitigation.
  • Participation in the further development of Corporate Audit's processes, methods, and systems, focusing on efficiency and digitalisation.

Qualifikationen Qualifications Professional Qualifications
  • University degree in business administration or a similar field of study.
  • Professional experience in one or more of the mentioned Business Administration fields (Finance & Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, HR).
  • Good knowledge of common business processes and IT applications in relevant areas.
  • Experience in process consulting is desirable.
  • Business fluency in English;
    Spanish is desirable.
Personal Competencies
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills, with assessment competence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels, even in difficult situations.
  • High degree of argumentation, communication talent in spoken and written form, and negotiation skills.
  • Team player, self‑organized, and resilient.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for up to 3 weeks.
  • Willingness to obtain further personal certification (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor) for auditing activities at CA is required and encouraged.
