The RoleThis is a performance-driven collections role focused on recovering past-due rental balances on behalf of property owners and management companies.
You will:
- Speak with former residents to resolve outstanding rental debts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
- Document activity clearly and accurately
- Follow compliance standards and call guidelines
- Manage a daily call queue with purpose and urgency
This is not a “read a script and hope” environment. This is structured, coached, and metric-based. You will know what success looks like — and you’ll know where you stand.
