The Ecommerce Channel Manager blends commercial account ownership with digital commerce execution. Key Responsibilities:- Own the performance of multiple e-commerce channels.
- Serve as the primary account manager for assigned e-commerce partners, including buyers, category managers, and platform representatives.
- Maintain full accountability for channel strategy, revenue growth, profitability and overall digital shelf performance.
- Lead business development efforts to expand ETI’s presence across new and emerging e-commerce businesses
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new assortment opportunities to drive incremental revenue
- Develop and execute channel-specific growth strategies, including assortment expansion, pricing strategies, promotional planning, and advertising initiatives
- Proactively identify white space opportunities within each platform and translate them into actionable growth plans
- Own all aspects of the digital shelf, including leading creative marketing team members in:
- Item setup and onboarding
- Content quality, imagery, and A+ content
- Pricing and promotional strategy
- Digital merchandising and discoverability
- Ensure ETI’s products are positioned competitively and consistently across all platforms
- Partner with Marketing to align retail media and advertising investments with commercial objectives
- Lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to deliver channel objectives
- Align e-commerce strategies with broader account and sales plans to ensure cohesive execution across channels
- Partner with Product Management on new product introductions, channel-specific assortments, and lifecycle management
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to support demand planning, inventory readiness, and fulfillment requirements
- Establish clear performance metrics for each channel
- Monitor sales, conversion, availability, and profitability
- Communicate performance insights, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
- Make data-driven recommendations and adjustments to optimize results
- 10+ years of experience in digital commerce, e-commerce sales, or digital channel management
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing large e-commerce platforms, such as Home Depot, Amazon, Wayfair, or similar
- Proven track record of owning and growing e-commerce revenue at scale
- Strong commercial acumen with experience engaging directly with buyers, merchants, and platform partners
- Comfortable making high‑impact decisions related to pricing, assortment, promotions, and channel strategy
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong execution discipline
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
