AboutThe Role
We are looking for an Associate Manager level in Sales Strategy and Operations to:
You’ll work among our sales, partner management, operations, product, and analytics teams to build the merchant foundation.
Long‑Tail Emerging Bets StrategyWe are looking for a Sales Strategy Associate Manager to build and execute the Long‑Tail Emerging Bets strategy for our Global Sales Vendor organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Sales S&O, Finance, and others—to retain and grow merchants at scale, and you will report into the Manager of Revenue Strategy and Operations in our Merchant organization.

- Drive operational excellence in reporting cadences, rigorous pipeline tracking, and sales productivity—leading end‑to‑end ideation to execution through data‑driven insights.
- Partner with our cross‑functional teams to expand and elevate our offering, guiding the top priorities and ensuring an effective GTM approach across products and initiatives.
- Look around corners for the team, planning for the next quarter, year, or beyond, steering the sales function into the future.
- You have 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields with a track record of leading initiatives and hitting goals.
- You have strong cross‑functional business experience, project management, and communication skills.
- You are comfortable working with large data sets and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets, have advanced proficiency in SQL, and are well‑versed in data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau).
- You are willing to roll up your sleeves and flex up or down as needed—a “humble doer.”
- You have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- You map complex operational workflows, diagnose data gaps, and architect AI‑driven solutions end‑to‑end—from process discovery through prototype to production deployment—building and shipping real automation that accelerates decision‑making across the business.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
