Description
The Inventory & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all inventory control, warehouse operations, material handling, and shipping/receiving activities within a fast‑paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient material flow to support production schedules, and compliant domestic and international shipments. The Inventory & Logistics Manager will lead a team of material handlers and shipping personnel while driving continuous improvement in inventory processes, warehouse organization, and logistics performance.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, and logistics management in a manufacturing or assembly line environment.
- Aerospace, aviation, or highly regulated manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems (QAD, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience managing domestic/international shipping, freight carriers, and export compliance.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices, traceability, cycle counting, and warehouse management systems.
- Leadership experience managing warehouse or material handling teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $/yr.
