Reports to the Hertz Chief of Staff and sits within the Office of the CEO.
Hertz is transforming from a traditional rental car company into a modern mobility platform powered by data, technology, and operational excellence. Our strategy focuses on optimizing fleet economics, accelerating the digital customer experience, expanding off‑airport and mobility partnerships, and unlocking new value from our global fleet platform.
To drive this transformation, we are building a Strategy & Execution Office within the Office of the CEO; a small, high‑impact team responsible for setting enterprise priorities and ensuring they are executed with speed, rigor, and measurable results.
Enterprise Strategy & Execution Leads are the operators who make this transformation real.
