A growing multi‑unit restaurant brand is seeking a Manager, Off‑Premise & Third‑Party Delivery to lead and optimize its delivery, catering, and digital ordering channels. This role sits at the intersection of restaurant operations, digital commerce, analytics, and partner management, with responsibility for driving growth across third‑party delivery marketplaces and catering platforms.
The ideal candidate understands both the strategic and operational aspects of off‑premise dining, combining strong analytical skills with hands‑on knowledge of delivery execution, marketplace management, and guest experience. This individual will work cross‑functionally with Operations, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and external partners to enhance performance and ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital ordering channels.

- s.Lead implementation and rollout of new marketplace features, integrations, partnerships, and platform enhancement
- s.Monitor industry trends and evaluate new delivery and catering technologies, services, and growth opportunitie
- ics Analyze sales, operational, and customer performance data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved guest satisfacti

Track and report on key performance indicators including order volume, conversion rates, order accuracy, fulfillment quality, delivery performance, ratings, and catering metri - cs.
Develop dashboards, forecasting tools, and reporting frameworks to support decision‑making and operational readine - ss.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional expe - rience.
3–7 years of experience managing third‑party delivery marketplaces, digital ordering channels, or catering pla - tforms.
Experience working with platforms such as Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and/or EZ - Cater.
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, promotions, menu optimization, and operational performance m - etrics.
Experience launching new delivery platform features, integrations, partnerships, or digital initi - atives.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business dec - isions.
Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets - skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abi

Experience in multi‑unit restaurant, franchise, fast‑casual, or QSR enviro - nments.
