Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000

Travel:
Approximately 30% regional travel for industry events and broker visits.

• Underwrite, price, and negotiate accounts consistent with the company's strategy and guidelines for the Terrorism product line.
• Develop new relationships and increase productivity of existing relationships with wholesale and retail brokers.
• Drive flow of qualified new business submissions from appointed brokers.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor product results and develop ideas to increase productivity and profitability.

• Experience in sales is ideal; experience in insurance with established relationships with wholesale property and general liability brokers is a plus.
• Determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing, driven, high attention to detail, and results-focused mentality.
• Ability to identify business needs.
• Strong understanding of basic sales principles, negotiation skills, and competitive drive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Innate service focus enabling effective interaction with all levels of internal and external customers and partners.
• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited college or university.
