The applicant should have experience in advising insurance broker client executives, both business and IT, and leading teams for digital transformation, process reimagination, platform modernization programs, AI, and internal/external consulting engagements. Applicants should have some of the following experiences in the brokerage industry:
- 360‑degree experience across the brokerage value chain including Prospecting, Submissions, Loss Cost & Exposure Analysis.
- Functional area
s – Submission Management, Carrier Management, Risk Management Programs, Policy renewals, Reinsurance, Claims and TPA. - Broker integration with carriers, agents, and reinsurers.
- Digital transformation or modernization programs and other transformation experience.
- Legacy transformation and digitization of services across the brokerage value chain.
- Business operations: problem identification, analysis, recommendation, current state analysis, root‑cause analysis, insight development, solution identification, future‑state design.
- Process reimagination, optimization, change management, and design‑thinking techniques.
- Client relationship and development: regularly interact with clients, including senior-level clients, and communicate effectively.
- Client delivery: deliver high‑quality client outputs on time, independently; seek advice when needed; mentor and direct others’ efforts.
- Consulting behaviours: work independently with minimal oversight, seize opportunities by decisive action, maintain flexibility, adjust schedule, tasks, and priorities, demonstrate learnability, step outside comfort zone, and engage in practice building.
- Core consulting skills: construct simple, complete, compelling business cases, master facilitation and meeting skills, lead effective meetings, understand decision‑making styles, drive decision‑making, master basic presentation skills, deliver credible presentations, lead discussions at peer or team‑lead level, and develop focused expertise in a vertical or horizontal area.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with 2 years of comparable consulting services experience.
- Strategic mindset and ability to lead and develop team members.
- Multitask, engage with stakeholders, plan effectively, and consistently achieve operational goals.
- Excellent relationship‑building abilities.

- Ability to collaborate with resources in a global delivery model.
- Experience leading programs using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree, industry‑related certification preferred.
Estimated annual gross compensation range is $116,875 to $148,125.
