About the Role
The Implementation Coordinator manages client onboarding and adoption of the Fin Query application, ensuring projects run on schedule and clients have a positive first experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer-facing project services and timelines
- Coordinate across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Solutions, and Engineering
- Communicate project status, milestones, and product updates to clients
- Input client data and train clients on the application
- Use Salesforce and Milestones to track projects and interactions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- Organizational and detail-oriented with Project Management experience preferred
- 1-2 years client-facing and/or SaaS experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
