Chick-fil-A, Inc., in its effort to be the world's most caring company, supports independent Owner/Operators in navigating the talent challenge and landscape.

Specifically, the Team Member Experience department within the Marketing department equips and inspires franchised Operators to deliver an elevated applicant and Team Member experience. This role is part of the Team Member Experience sub-department.
