Job Summary
Compass Healthcare, a leading division of Compass Group North America, is seeking a multidimensional and results‑driven VP of GPO Relations. This remote role focuses on retaining market share, driving profitable market growth, and improving distributor, consultant and GPO interactions across Compass Healthcare accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with partner GPOs, clients and operators.
- Identify and mobilize essential resources to support new business initiatives and ensure project success.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively to meet and exceed goals.
- Consistently surpass team goals and sales targets, driving exceptional performance.
- Exhibit high energy, positivity, and excellent communication skills for presentations and interpersonal interactions.
- Partner with operational teams and sales colleagues to drive new business and support client retention efforts.
- Aggressively pursue new revenue streams and strategic initiatives while maintaining strong profitability.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Industry Knowledge:
Experience in healthcare support services (EVS, facility maintenance, clinical engineering, patient transport) and familiarity with GPOs and benchmarking. - Experience:
Minimum seven years in healthcare support service operations or GPO consulting with a proven track record of exceeding goals. - Expertise:
Understanding of support service fundamentals, consultants, and benchmarking tools. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM database management and strong digital literacy. - Professionalism:
Ability to represent Compass Healthcare at industry events with executive presence and integrity. - Travel:
Willingness to travel approximately 25% nationally. - Team Spirit:

Salary range: $140,000 – $160,000 per year. Eligible for an annual bonus.
LocationRemote, preferably based in Dallas, Nashville, Charlotte, Philadelphia or Atlanta.
