• Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize cost management and maintain efficient warehouse operations.
• Conduct advanced training for personnel on inventory management, control policies, and procedural compliance.
• Establish robust inventory and warehouse performance metrics, and monitor them to ensure goal alignment.
• Analyze complex system data to discern trends and patterns, collaborating with management for process improvements.
• Enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity through in-depth data analysis, and provide advanced inventory recording tools.
• Build and sustain a comprehensive demand and inventory management database for strategic forecasting and purchasing.
• Manage vendor‑held equipment, performing routine audits, and ensuring database accuracy consistently exceeds 98%.
• Oversee the logistics of shipping and distribution, negotiating with vendors for favorable rates and timely deliveries.
• Prepare and analyze various reports to track improvements in metrics, and reconciling data to maintain reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify operational needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop fulfillment management solutions.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
