Capgemini Invent – Process Transformation Consultant

Capgemini Invent is looking for a Process Transformation Consultant to support clients in improving core enterprise processes through process mining, analytics, and intelligent automation, in a practical transformation environment focused on measurable outcomes.

• Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities
• Support process mining and process discovery initiatives (data preparation, analysis, insights)
• Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) to quantify impact
• Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value
• Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations
• Track emerging GenAI/automation trends and translate into applicable use cases

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $67,500–$127,510. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
