Aerospace, Rail & Maritime — Where the Next Decade Will Be Won
The way people and goods move is being reinvented. Airlines are rebuilding their operating models after a decade of disruption. Cruise lines are scaling record fleets while redefining the guest experience. Rail operators are being asked to deliver European‑grade reliability on North American infrastructure. Across all three, MRO providers are becoming the strategic bottleneck and opportunity of the entire ecosystem.
At Porsche Consulting, we look at these industries as a system. We advise operators, OEMs, MRO providers, and infrastructure players on the challenges that move the P&L — fleet productivity, turnaround performance, crew and maintenance operations, digital MRO, sustainability, and the operating models that make transformation stick.
Our North American ADT practice serves marquee clients in aerospace, cruise, and rail. We are looking for a Partner who sees the gap not as a challenge but as an entrepreneurial opportunity to build the go‑to advisory franchise for Aerospace, Rail, Maritime, and MRO operators in North America.
Your MissionAs Partner – Aerospace, Rail & Maritime Operators, you will own and scale one of the most strategic growth fields in our North American practice. This role is a mandate to build an established book of business, shape the market positioning, own commercial results, and create a signature franchise for Porsche Consulting in operator and MRO businesses across NAR.

- Open doors at C-level with airlines, cruise lines, rail operators, MRO providers, and adjacent ecosystem players

- Partner with our global ADT cluster to bring the full firm to NAR clients
- Attract, develop, and retain top consulting talent; build a signature team culture
- Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on strategy, operations, and transformation
- Experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm, currently at Associate Partner / Principal level or above, ready to take the next entrepreneurial step
- Passion for operator businesses: airlines, cruise lines, rail, MRO — hands‑on curiosity, not just deck‑level exposure
- Demonstrated ability to originate business independently — not just deliver assigned engagements
- Proven success in a similar leadership role at a top‑tier management consulting firm
- Hands‑on experience in Strategy, R&D, Operations Management, preferably in the Transportation sector
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfort with whitespace, ambiguity, and building from a strong but non‑dominant market position
- Minimum 8 years of total professional experience in both consultancy and transportation corporations
- Impact orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation
- Second language fluency in Spanish a plus
- Willingness to travel across North America to engage clients and teams
- Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
- A competitive compensation package
- Comprehensive benefits (medical, vision, and dental)
- Employee Savings Plan 401(k)
- Holidays, Sick Time & Vacation time
- Educational Assistance
- Employee Car Lease Program (Porsche Lease Program), Employee Discounts and Health Club Membership
