Position: Senior Director II, HORECA, LMP, & CDE

Job Summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Hotel, Restaurant and Café Channel (HORECA), Local Fountain (LMP), & Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) Senior Director II for North America OU. This role is pivotal in building enterprise-wide adoption of the HORECA, LMP, and CDE business strategies and accelerating transactions through stronger portfolio execution, new outlet acquisition, and best-in-class digital and in‑outlet execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Development – design and implement a comprehensive, multi‑year strategy to accelerate growth in the HORECA channel within the North America Operating Unit; develop the LMP Fountain commercial strategy and oversee execution of the NAOU LMP & HORECA Growth Program; lead strategy to maximize cold drink equipment coverage and enable efficient operations; align strategic objectives with broader company goals and market opportunities to develop an integrated execution plan.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influencing – influence adoption of the proposed strategic approach to HORECA, LMP, and CDE growth across the Coca‑Cola system, especially with franchise partners and bottlers; build and foster relationships with NAOU and Bottler stakeholders to secure necessary resources and investments to develop robust commercial execution and route‑to‑market capabilities, tools, and processes to enable scaled execution.
  • Capability Building – lead the development of necessary capabilities across the system to meet established goals; ensure resources, training, and support are in place to drive successful execution of strategies.
  • Execution Excellence & Continuous Improvement – develop and commercialize an end‑to‑end HORECA operating model to enable sustainable growth across the bottling system; oversee the execution of the HORECA, LMP, and CDE strategies through relevant system routines, ensuring high standards of operation across all touchpoints; track and report on progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize performance; continuously monitor and assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to ensure the strategy remains relevant and effective;

    innovate and implement best practices in cold drink equipment operations and execution to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness across all channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, on‑premise channel management, or a related field within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Proven ability to lead large‑scale strategic initiatives and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in capability building and stakeholder management (knowledge of the North America System).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Compensation and Location

Pay Range:
United States of America: $199,000 USD – $228,000 USD (base pay may vary based on geography and experience).

Annual Incentive Reference Value: 50%.

Long‑term Incentive Reference Value: 20%.

0% – 25%.
